I tend to foget the date so i usually ended up throwing it away earlier than im supposed to and it's such a waste.

I get them from here through lensmail . I've just opened them and they are using a different type, as the packaging has changed from blue to black and so have the actual lens 'pods'. They are now called ' opsys'

They have daily disposables, and two-week disposables, and all kinds of different disposables.... If you're worried enough that you have to ask about it, then I think you should follow the directions on the box, honey.
