Where can I buy Contact Lenses?
December 5th, 2009 | by admin |I’m 14 an with no impaired vision and just want coloured contacts for the colour because I think they look cool, nothing else.
Is there anyway I can buy coloured contact lenses from a shop? If so what shop or what type of shop and without prescription.
You can’t legally buy contacts without a prescription in the U.S. You can go to an eye doctor and get a prescription without a need for vision correction, but you need to see an eye doc. They use special equipment to measure your eyeball so that the lenses fit correctly. If they don’t fit correctly, they can actually cause damage to your vision. Once you have a prescription, you can order contacts in a million designs and colors. You just email, or fax a copy of your prescription to the company selling them! I found some great ones online, like cats eyes, fire, or a four leaf clover! The exam generally runs around $50 here in Texas at the Wal-Mart vision center. Hope this helps!
