yes they are safe, colored contact lens are taken care just the same way you take care of regular contact lens.

as for colored contacts to have brown colored eyes, i dont know any good ones, usually it is the other way around

but to make it have blue colored eyes, i recommend solotica colored contact lens, they look sooo natural

though im not really an expert on this since i have brown eyes

They are safe, but you have to get an eye exam first to make sure that they will fit your eye properly and not cause any damage.

yes,you could make your eyes brown but it is very expensive they are safe but I think it's pointless changing your eye colour
