    I dont know where you can get them online since you usually have to get them fitted even if its not perscription but if there is an accessory store called "Amuse" then you can try there and they sell color contacts.

    Ebay probably, but it’s safer to go to the eye doctor, because just buying without having them fit to your eye might cause an infection. You don’t need a prescription to get cosmetic contacts, but they do need to be fitted.
